How long does the engagement last?"

The Innovate offer is built around a 1/2 day workshop.
The UX Strategy offer typically spans 3 to 4 months across multiple phases (strategy, governance, and coaching).
The UX Boost offer runs over 4 months, broken down into distinct phases (audit, co-creation, prototyping, testing, and iteration).

Can this be adapted to my industry?

What are the payment terms?

All our packages can be booked with a 30% deposit.

For the Innovate package, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice at the end of the month following the completion of the service.

The UX Boost and UX Strategy packages can be paid in installments:
